How do I get picked up from Airport ?
- Our driver tracks your flight using your flight number, so we know exactly when you will land or if there are any delays, meaning you don’t need to worry about that. When you land at Athens International Airport, Volos Airport or Thessaloniki Airport please open your phone; The driver will have already sent you a message including he’s name and license plate. Once you have collected your luggage and exited the airport, the driver will be waiting for you at the gate you specify.
How am I sure that my reservation has been made correctly?
- As soon as we receive your online booking we will call you on the phone (or WhatsApp) you have given us to confirm your booking.
If something happens and I want to cancel the reservation, what do I do?
There is no problem if you inform us in time or by Email info@taxivolos.gr, by phone at +306972037600 or WhatsApp +30692037600.

Do Volos taxis accept card payments?
Yes, taxis in Volos generally accept card payments, including credit and debit cards.
